Great experience today. Heard a squealing sound while driving to work this morning. Popped the hood and saw that the belt was slipping off. Forgot to call someone until 4pm came around. It was absolutely fantastic technician (Alex) was very informative and professional while speaking to my wife and myself on the repair that was being done. The thorough follow up and communication was on point by the service manager (Gary) there was no work done without approval. All parts are there for your viewing. And less expensive than the dealer! Might I add the warranty on the job for service work is unmatched. Great company to work with and I will continue to work with them! Happy Customer!
