This was actually so much better than going to a repair shop because you can be right there and get your questions answered. The only time I am allowed in the shop is when they bring you back to show you what they pulled, and you have to take their word that it was bad and that all the repairs were necessary. I was not aware of the ability to have a trained professional mechanic come to our home to repair the brakes on our car.
