Okay, so the mechanic was about 45 minutes late to my appointment, which normally would frustrate me. However, the entire experience ended up being surprisingly positive.When Jake (the mechanic) arrived, he was extremely apologetic about the delay. He explained there was a complex repair on his previous job that took longer than expected. Instead of rushing through my brake pad replacement, he took the time to thoroughly explain what needed to be done.The work was exceptional - he replaced both front brake pads and rotors, checked my brake fluid, and even noticed a minor alignment issue that could cause future problems.
