They was very thorough and told me exactly what my car needed and how much it would cost to fix it. Prices was very reasonable and they didn’t try to price gauge you. Got into a little accident with my 2001 L IS300 the wheel studs were bent. And kept grinding on the e brake hardware. Had an instantcarfix mechanic come through to help me find the issue and fix it. Make sure you know your car model well, that way it’s easy to. Communicate with the mechanic about your issue. But everything was straightforward it is expensive but, they get the job done in a timely manner.

It’s almost impossible to find a quality mechanic in DC. After making phone calls for three days, I was lucky enough to have found Gary and David! My sons car needed an alternator, battery assessment, oil change, and tire inflation. He showed me the new parts to make sure it was what I ordered, and he showed me his tools and diagnostic equipment to assure me he was fully prepared for whatever was needed for my job. He went right to work and was very organized and fast. He showed me the old parts and allowed me to test drive it before he left. If I ever need another mobile service, I will be requesting Sergio!
