I had an issue with my car starting even after jumping it. Sergio came and was able to diagnose the issue and even get the starter to work as a temporary fix enough to get my car moved. The price they quoted me to fix it was very fair for the part and labor even when compared to an auto store or elsewhere though I ended up trying to fix it myself. I also really appreciated how helpful the person on the phone was who gave me advice and scheduled us. All of this ended up being a better deal then towing my car to a shop. I haven't always had the best of luck with mechanics, but I am glad I was able to find these guys and would absolutely recommend them.

Great experience today. Heard a squealing sound while driving to work this morning. Popped the hood and saw that the belt was slipping off. Forgot to call someone until 4pm came around. Thankfully they agreed to send someone out right away. Easy, fast and clear communication! Sooo grateful that they were able to send someone out to my work and fix it right in the parking lot. I was told by a shop I didn’t need rotors but my brakes were stuck. I called Instant Car Fix and a mechanic showed up and explained that with stuck calipers my brakes were constantly engaged and for sure heated my rotors and there was a high probability they were warped and explained that replacing the rotors along with the bad calipers and worn brakes is the only way to go and be safe. Don’t go with backyard mechanics or a shop that tells you different. If you brakes are stuck and overheating the rotor, be safe to yourself and other drivers Replace the rotors along with the calipers and brake pads. It’s a lot cheaper to replace rotors while it’s already being serviced than it is after it’s all back together. INSTANT CAR FIX IS NOT OUT FOR MONEY. THEY ARE OUT TO KEEP YOU SAFE. No shop would have explained all that. They would have waited for you to come back and spend more money on warped rotors. These guys are honest and professional and care about the safety of the customers and other drivers. THESE GUYS ARE THE ONLY WAY TO GO. 110% SATISFIED.
