I don’t know where to start. I loved everything about them. For starters, they are mobile so they come to you in the time frame you ask them to. They was very thorough and told me exactly what my car needed and how much it would cost to fix it. Prices was very reasonable and they didn’t try to price gauge you. Okay, so the mechanic was about 45 minutes late to my appointment, which normally would frustrate me. However, the entire experience ended up being surprisingly positive.When Jake (the mechanic) arrived, he was extremely apologetic about the delay. He explained there was a complex repair on his previous job that took longer than expected. Instead of rushing through my brake pad replacement, he took the time to thoroughly explain what needed to be done.The work was exceptional - he replaced both front brake pads and rotors, checked my brake fluid, and even noticed a minor alignment issue that could cause future problems. Despite the late start, he completed everything within the estimated timeframe and at the quoted price.What could have been a frustrating experience turned into a professional and thorough service. His transparency about the delay and the quality of work completely won me over. I'll definitely use Instant Car Fix again.
