The price they quoted me to fix it was very fair for the part and labor even when compared to an auto store or elsewhere though I ended up trying to fix it myself. I also really appreciated how helpful the person on the phone was who gave me advice and scheduled us. All of this ended up being a better deal then towing my car to a shop. The mechanic came, was very knowledgeable and took care of business in a hurry. What would have taken probably 2-2.5 hours at the dealership, was done in an hour by them coming to me.
