He was able to pinpoint the battery drain and fix the problem within the two to three hours we discussed. I booked this service with less than 24 hours notice, and true to their promise, they delivered with no delay. I live in another state, so I sent them to visit a cargo van I was interested in near DC. I was told by the seller the transmission had a "kick", so I asked them to pay close attention to it. The mechanic they sent, Lee, did a full inspection and took the extra time to give me a call and walk me through his observations on the overall condition of the vehicle, including the engine and the transmission, and the work that I'll likely have to put into it. They gave me enough info to negotiate with the seller and not overpay for the van. Would use them again 100%.

The tech who came out to my home to diagnose the problem with my Dodge Roadtrek RV was amazing. I had this 19 foot behemoth on the lawn where the gas co. needed access, and I could not get it to move. I hesitated to tow it, so found "Instant Car Fix" to come to my home. I wish I could recall the tech's name (it was 03/29/24), because he was such a delight to have working on the van. He diagnosed the problem and made me feel completely comfortable that he knew exactly what the issue was. Definitely putting "Instant Car Fix" in my phone for the future, and YES, I would !00% recommend!!
