It was very simple to arrange the appointment. The technician came to my residence quickly and was very polite. He quickly diagnosed the issue using OBD, fixed the issue within a short period of time and it is working perfectly. My AC is now as cool as it was when the car was brand new. We had our car completely die on me on my way home from work. Bought a new battery thinking that was the issue. Turned out it was the alternator. Got a quote online and booked an appointment for the next day and to say I am amazed is an understatement. Our mechanic was absolutely amazing! Kevin was quick, but made sure he did everything correctly while being efficient. Kevin was very knowledgeable and obviously a master in his trade! I was very skeptical about trying this because I’ve never heard of anything like this but this whole thing saved me a lot of time, money and stress. I will definitely come back if I ever have anymore issues with my car. 10/10!
