It was absolutely fantastic technician (Alex) was very informative and professional while speaking to my wife and myself on the repair that was being done. The thorough follow up and communication was on point by the service manager (Gary) there was no work done without approval. All parts are there for your viewing. And less expensive than the dealer! Had a minor glitch when technican didn’t show up for first appointment, turns out he was in car accident. Another tech showed up on time next day and did excellent job and found more problems. Scheduled appt for next day and fixed issues. Explained issues both days, courteous and prompt. Very reasonably priced, will use them again for sure
