The tech was a nice knowledgeable guy,who taught me something I really didnt know,,other techs didnt tell me in those terms about the issue he was there to repair,,and he could have did the repair anyway,,I wouldn't have known the difference,,but instead he gave my car a diagnosis and showed me the real problem,,which was cheaper than the original problem i thought I had,I choose not to get it done at that time,cause it did take a while longer than I liked,,because by the time the tech got to my house,,I was really pressed for time for a prior engagement, but I'll get in touch with them again in the future✌🏿

Okay, so the mechanic was about 45 minutes late to my appointment, which normally would frustrate me. However, the entire experience ended up being surprisingly positive.When Jake (the mechanic) arrived, he was extremely apologetic about the delay. He explained there was a complex repair on his previous job that took longer than expected. Instead of rushing through my brake pad replacement, he took the time to thoroughly explain what needed to be done.The work was exceptional - he replaced both front brake pads and rotors, checked my brake fluid, and even noticed a minor alignment issue that could cause future problems. Despite the late start, he completed everything within the estimated timeframe and at the quoted price.What could have been a frustrating experience turned into a professional and thorough service. His transparency about the delay and the quality of work completely won me over. I'll definitely use Instant Car Fix again.

The tech who came out to my home to diagnose the problem with my Dodge Roadtrek RV was amazing. I had this 19 foot behemoth on the lawn where the gas co. needed access, and I could not get it to move. I hesitated to tow it, so found "Instant Car Fix" to come to my home. I wish I could recall the tech's name (it was 03/29/24), because he was such a delight to have working on the van. He diagnosed the problem and made me feel completely comfortable that he knew exactly what the issue was.
