He demonstrated the problem and then showed me pictures and videos. He said his english wasn't that good (not a problem at all!), so he even got his boss to call me to explain everything. Quick and easy experience. Loved that I didn’t have to leave my home. Scheduled late on a Wednesday for the next day.
