The first clue was being able to speak with a real live person who seemed genuinely interested in understanding and resolving my repair needs. Kareem, the repair technician, was extremely personable and professional. He expertly performed the repairs, patiently explained the procedures, and offered me suggestions to avoid future problems. I was out of town, in a pinch, and all of the other shops had been booked up. Instant Car Fix gave me a quick call back with a plan of action and quote. I put the car in a nice quiet place and they saved me. I was able to meet my deadline and get back on the road for my next appointment in Pennsylvania that night. Instant Car Fix was very professional and recommend them in a pinch. ++ !

Had a minor glitch when technican didn’t show up for first appointment, turns out he was in car accident. Another tech showed up on time next day and did excellent job and found more problems. Scheduled appt for next day and fixed issues. Explained issues both days, courteous and prompt. Very reasonably priced, will use them again for sure

I am beyond impressed with this service! My back passenger door was a bit warped and had some nasty scratches after hitting up against a parking garage barrier. Other body shops I contacted told me I'd need a $2,000 door replacement and 5-7 days in the shop - Instant Car Fix offered to help at my place of residence for a fraction of the cost! Jake, Tony and team kept me updated about their progress via text and arrived prepared with all supplies needed. They were very friendly and humble. After about 2 hours, the car looked like nothing had even happened - even more impressive, they did all the work while it remained parked between 2 other cars at my apartment complex! I will definitely consider using their services again- though hopefully not for another accident :) They told me they also do routine maintenance so will keep their card on file!
