It’s almost impossible to find a quality mechanic in DC. After making phone calls for three days, I was lucky enough to have found Gary and David! My sons car needed an alternator, battery assessment, oil change, and tire inflation. This entire process was extremely easy. I scheduled the appointment and the mechanic showed up the next day ahead of schedule. I had front and rear brakes/rotors installed. Marquis was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Also they only charged me $380 whereas other companies were quoting me $485-$600. I would definitely recommend this company.

Made an appointment (2-6). TOOK OFF OF WORK TO BE HOME for said "appointment" window. Called 2 hours into my appointment window (4:00) after no-one showed up, and was told that I would get a call when mechanic was on their way. And with an hour left in the "appointment" window I get a text saying the mechanic would t be able to make it and that we would need to reschedule. Called and texted back asking when we could reschedule with no answer. Have been replied to and rescheduled for tomorrow. Will keep review updated UPDATE : the technician came and fixed the issue and gave a thorough explanation of the problem.

I had my front rotors and pads replaced. They said he, Justin, would be here between 10a-2p, he was here before 11. I have never seen a mechanic work so fast in my life. He was done in less than an hour. You need your brakes done in the DMV, ask for Justin. Instant Car Fix, well worth the cost and convenience, didn't have to take a day off from work, get a ride to and from the shop, or sit in an uncomfortable chain for hours. I didn't pay a huge hourly rate based on what they would charge or pay 4x the cost for parts I didn't want them to use. My parts, when I want it done, an faster than any shop I have ever seen. If I could give them more stars, I would.

The technician, Sergio, came during the service window and worked quickly on my car. Unlike other places, he communicated frequently with me to tell me what was wrong with my car. He demonstrated the problem and then showed me pictures and videos. He said his english wasn't that good (not a problem at all!), so he even got his boss to call me to explain everything. I was really satisfied on the professionalism, quickness, and easiness of the process. I will highly consider using this service again in the future!
