Convenient, responsive, and fair service. Hadn't used a mobile mechanic before, but getting a tow truck into my apartment building's parking garage seemed infeasible, so I gave it a try. Glad I did. Bit of a language barrier with the particular mechanic I got, but he was very friendly and patient, so we worked through it without issue.

Complete engine service that also included valve cover and other optional services. Instantcar Fix. It was absolutely fantastic technician (Alex) was very informative and professional while speaking to my wife and myself on the repair that was being done. The thorough follow up and communication was on point by the service manager (Gary) there was no work done without approval. All parts are there for your viewing. And less expensive than the dealer! Might I add the warranty on the job for service work is unmatched. Great company to work with and I will continue to work with them! Happy Customer!

Sergio has been the best mechanic I've had in a long time! On time, friendly, polite , very professional and knowledgeable. Sergio changed my brakes and rotors on my Acura RDX. He explained everything he was doing, showed me tthe parts that were bad. I liked Sergio's honesty as another mechanic, fews days before told me I needed more work on my car then I obviously did need. I would highly recommend Sergio! Good and honest mechanics are hard to come by. I definitely would recommend Sergio. I will be calling again! Thank You, Sergio!

Quick and easy experience. Loved that I didn’t have to leave my home. Scheduled late on a Wednesday for the next day. Had to wait for the parts to be delivered so my service was delayed a few hours (my fault for scheduling so late) but the company had great communication and updated me with an eta. Will be using again.

Wonderful service- I would highly recommend!!! Our Honda's starter went out on us on a Sunday. After it proved too much for us to self-fix, I posted a project on Yelp- I'm so glad Instant Car Fix reached out. With a few communications back and forth, we had everything lined up for servicing Monday. There was great day-of communication as well, which was helpful as my car was not close to home. The service tech was very nice and when we discovered that we (the owners) had bought the wrong replacement part, Instant Car Fix was able to source and get the right one to complete the service same day.
