I was traveling on business, and my brakes began to make noise. Gary from Instant Car Fix responded to my Yelp search, and within a day, I was back on the road. Danny, the mechanic, came out and diagnosed my vehicle and sent the information to Gary, who ordered my OEM parts, and the next day Danny came and fixed my truck. I never missed a meeting. The technician, Sergio, came during the service window and worked quickly on my car. Unlike other places, he communicated frequently with me to tell me what was wrong with my car. He demonstrated the problem and then showed me pictures and videos. He said his english wasn't that good (not a problem at all!), so he even got his boss to call me to explain everything. I was really satisfied on the professionalism, quickness, and easiness of the process. I will highly consider using this service again in the future!

My car needed its 70K service, and I didn't want to pay dealership prices or spend 2-3 hours sitting there. So I brought up Google and then Yelp to search for mobile mechanics, and Instant Car Fix was the first mobile service I found. I spent some time conversing with the agent via chat to get a quote and negotiate a bit, as my price wasn't too far off from the dealership. However, they were coming to me, and time is money, and spending 2-3 hours at the dealership isn't a good use of time or money. So I scheduled the service. I was kind of leery about authorizing payment ahead of time; especially since I just had another mobile service do brake work and I paid them onsite after the job was completed. But the mechanic came at the time we discussed and was ready to get started. Unfortunately he spoke very little English and I don't speak any other languages. We were able to make it work but I did make note to speak with the agent I had been chatting with to let her know of the language barrier problem, which I wasn't expecting when I booked it. I still keep going back to the price of the service, especially the labor rate for how little work needed to be done to the car. I will likely use this service again, but I may price it out with other mobile services. All in all, I liked the overall experience, the completeness of the mechanic and how easy it was.
