The technician, Sergio, came during the service window and worked quickly on my car. Unlike other places, he communicated frequently with me to tell me what was wrong with my car. He demonstrated the problem and then showed me pictures and videos. He said his english wasn't that good (not a problem at all!), so he even got his boss to call me to explain everything. I was really satisfied on the professionalism, quickness, and easiness of the process. I will highly consider using this service again in the future!

I was skeptical of using a mobile mechanic. This company changed that perception really quick! The company kept me updated as to when the mechanic would arrive to perform the diagnostics and informed me of the cost. The mechanic arrived promptly and completed his inspection and diagnosis of the issue, to include showing me what the issue was and explaining what would need to happen to resolve it. The company then sent me an estimate for repair costs along with the typical cost it would take at a regular repair shop. The cost was less expensive with the mobile mechanic. Within one day of placing the order, the parts were available and the mechanic arrived ahead of schedule to replace them. It took two hours and I was quite impressed the mechanic was able to replace the A/C Compressor and the serpentine belt while it was parked in the housing parking lot with another car next to it! Once the mechanic was finished, I was notified promptly and shown the replaced parts and even tested the car by turning it on and went for a test drive. Everything worked perfectly! I highly recommend this mobile mechanic!

These guys are amazing I booked an appointment with them for a different date, but they texted me saying we have the parts and can come over the same day in the evening and can do the service. They are that fast and reliable service I ever seen. The mechanic who came over for the service is real good, I feel bad about not have the space he need to do the service as I don’t have the drive way so need to park in parking spaces which I have. But the mechanic took the challenge and did it anyway, sorry guys.

Gary (the owner) was very responsive to my Yelp messages. Sergio, our technician, arrived on time. He was courteous and took the time to show me the old and new brake pads. He suggested I test drive it after he finished and even filled up our tires with air before he left. I highly recommend this company - and Sergio. Great service and great value. They gave me a no-nonsense quote. They kept open lines of communication, which is a huge deal for me when it comes to customer service. Sergio has been the best mechanic I've had in a long time! On time, friendly, polite , very professional and knowledgeable. Sergio changed my brakes and rotors on my Acura RDX. He explained everything he was doing, showed me tthe parts that were bad. I liked Sergio's honesty as another mechanic, fews days before told me I needed more work on my car then I obviously did need. I would highly recommend Sergio! Good and honest mechanics are hard to come by. I definitely would recommend Sergio. I will be calling again! Thank You, Sergio!
