This was my first time using this company. The mechanic was on time and replaced my starter and performed an oil change on my Honda. He was quick. Took about 1 1/2 hours. He explained everything to me in detail and even took pictures to show me step by step what he did, all while in the comfort of my own driveway. Great customer service. Will definitely use them again.

It’s almost impossible to find a quality mechanic in DC. After making phone calls for three days, I was lucky enough to have found Gary and David! I loved how they were up front about the pricing. They were quick. It was convenient. I didn't have to have my car towed from my office building to a shop. And when I compared with up front pricing to pricing of local shops they were very fair. They were just slightly more expensive than another highly rated shop, but I also did not have to deal with coordinating my vehicle being towed. I recommend InstantCarFix. Customer service is awesome. Called at 8am and they answered all my questions and walked me through the process.
