It was very simple to arrange the appointment. The technician came to my residence quickly and was very polite. He quickly diagnosed the issue using OBD, fixed the issue within a short period of time and it is working perfectly. My AC is now as cool as it was when the car was brand new. This was my first time ever requesting a mobile mechanic and glad I did. I normally do my own work but didn't have the time to replace the alternator.
