Very happy with our service. Kirk was on time, efficient with time, very thorough, even let us know about future services we would need. Took about 2 hours (we got both brakes fixed). This was my first time using this company. The mechanic was on time and replaced my starter and performed an oil change on my Honda. He was quick. Took about 1 1/2 hours. He explained everything to me in detail and even took pictures to show me step by step what he did, all while in the comfort of my own driveway. Great customer service. This is my first time using Instant Car Fix and I had great experience. Lower radiator hose on my Honda pilot gave up and I lost all the coolant. I scheduled an appointment the same day and Mike and his co-worker came around 6pm. They both worked hard and completed the job successfully and that too during a very cold and windy evening. I am satisfied at the professionalism and quality of work. I will definitely use their service again.

I was very impressed with Instant Car Fix and Lee the mechanic who installed four rotors and four sets of brake pads. Lee was very professional and I noticed his emphasis on safety as he performed the work.
