It was very simple to arrange the appointment. The technician came to my residence quickly and was very polite. He quickly diagnosed the issue using OBD, fixed the issue within a short period of time and it is working perfectly. My AC is now as cool as it was when the car was brand new. Great experience today. Heard a squealing sound while driving to work this morning. Popped the hood and saw that the belt was slipping off. Forgot to call someone until 4pm came around. Thankfully they agreed to send someone out right away. Easy, fast and clear communication! Sooo grateful that they were able to send someone out to my work and fix it right in the parking lot. This service is very convenient and fairly priced, they won't rip you off like a dealership. I had a number of things replaced in the car that I thought was only possible at an auto shop but the mechanic was able to fix the car up on my driveway. The car was shaking, there was a loud noise and all of that is fixed now. Dealing with them is also a good experience as they are very responsive.
