I've dealt with a lot of mechanics, auto repair shops and dealerships. This was the best auto repair experience I've had to date. They responded to my Yelp request timely. They gave me a no-nonsense quote. They kept open lines of communication, which is a huge deal for me when it comes to customer service. The good thing is that you can easily have a chat with them on Yelp and get a quote. Then you can book an appointment online. So everything is really smooth and you know the process, time, and price in advance. The mobile mechanic came to my place and did the job as it should.

Made an appointment (2-6). TOOK OFF OF WORK TO BE HOME for said "appointment" window. Called 2 hours into my appointment window (4:00) after no-one showed up, and was told that I would get a call when mechanic was on their way. And with an hour left in the "appointment" window I get a text saying the mechanic would t be able to make it and that we would need to reschedule. Called and texted back asking when we could reschedule with no answer. Have been replied to and rescheduled for tomorrow. Will keep review updated UPDATE : the technician came and fixed the issue and gave a thorough explanation of the problem.

Great experience today. Heard a squealing sound while driving to work this morning. Popped the hood and saw that the belt was slipping off. Forgot to call someone until 4pm came around. Thankfully they agreed to send someone out right away. Easy, fast and clear communication! Sooo grateful that they were able to send someone out to my work and fix it right in the parking lot. So convenient! Thanks so much!

I was pleasantly surprised by the how easy they made the process my car needed q new starter and they came out that day diagnosed the problem and even try to fix it that very day instead the next morning they were waiting to fix it as soon as I got up my car is running I didn't have to pay for a tow and both mechanics I met were very nice they always stayed in touch with me as I was waiting even the girls so far as to respond well into the night promptly I would most definitely recommend trying them out it cost the same if not less than taking it somewhere and the results are even better
