Made an appointment (2-6). TOOK OFF OF WORK TO BE HOME for said "appointment" window. Called 2 hours into my appointment window (4:00) after no-one showed up, and was told that I would get a call when mechanic was on their way. And with an hour left in the "appointment" window I get a text saying the mechanic would t be able to make it and that we would need to reschedule. Called and texted back asking when we could reschedule with no answer. Have been replied to and rescheduled for tomorrow. Will keep review updated UPDATE : the technician came and fixed the issue and gave a thorough explanation of the problem.

It’s almost impossible to find a quality mechanic in DC. After making phone calls for three days, I was lucky enough to have found Gary and David! My sons car needed an alternator, battery assessment, oil change, and tire inflation. David arrived on time and Gary was phenomenal about keeping me updated once I scheduled this service appointment for my son. I HIGHLY recommend calling them for all of your automotive service needs!

The mechanic explained everything he was doing and gave me some helpful hints for things I could do myself. Complete engine service that also included valve cover and other optional services. Instantcar Fix. It was absolutely fantastic technician (Alex) was very informative and professional while speaking to my wife and myself on the repair that was being done. The thorough follow up and communication was on point by the service manager (Gary) there was no work done without approval. All parts are there for your viewing. And less expensive than the dealer! Might I add the warranty on the job for service work is unmatched. Great company to work with and I will continue to work with them! Happy Customer!

I am beyond impressed with this service! My back passenger door was a bit warped and had some nasty scratches after hitting up against a parking garage barrier. Other body shops I contacted told me I'd need a $2,000 door replacement and 5-7 days in the shop - Instant Car Fix offered to help at my place of residence for a fraction of the cost! Jake, Tony and team kept me updated about their progress via text and arrived prepared with all supplies needed. They were very friendly and humble. After about 2 hours, the car looked like nothing had even happened - even more impressive, they did all the work while it remained parked between 2 other cars at my apartment complex! I will definitely consider using their services again- though hopefully not for another accident :) They told me they also do routine maintenance so will keep their card on file!
