Great experience today. Heard a squealing sound while driving to work this morning. Popped the hood and saw that the belt was slipping off. Forgot to call someone until 4pm came around. Thankfully they agreed to send someone out right away. Easy, fast and clear communication! Sooo grateful that they were able to send someone out to my work and fix it right in the parking lot. Very happy with our service. Kirk was on time, efficient with time, very thorough, even let us know about future services we would need. Took about 2 hours (we got both brakes fixed). He even had my husband test drive the car to make sure the job was done! We will definitely use Instant Car Fix again and recommend it to family and friends.
