Fast response, good communication via text, and very friendly and efficient mechanic. My mechanic was Sergio and he was phenomenal. My vehicle wouldn't start or jump start and needed a new battery. The reviews for this business were excellent and as law enforcement, I research things very thoroughly to avoid possible scams. I also compared prices with past battery costs and past dealer costs. Your company is fairly priced and efficient, and I very much appreciate that it is available for cars to be serviced at home or another location. It saved me a tow and a trip to the dealer for what was a straightforward issue to fix. I will definitely use the company again and I also did a Facebook post and tagged y'all 😊

Living out of state, I reached out to Instant Car Fix for a pre-purchase inspection on a car I was considering. The online scheduling was seamless, and they had a mechanic on-site within an hour. Throughout the inspection, the mechanic kept me updated via text and later called to go over the details and answer my questions. Exceptional service—fast, professional, and highly convenient!

The tech was a nice knowledgeable guy,who taught me something I really didnt know,,other techs didnt tell me in those terms about the issue he was there to repair,,and he could have did the repair anyway,,I wouldn't have known the difference,,but instead he gave my car a diagnosis and showed me the real problem,,which was cheaper than the original problem i thought I had,I choose not to get it done at that time,cause it did take a while longer than I liked,,because by the time the tech got to my house,,I was really pressed for time for a prior engagement, but I'll get in touch with them again in the future✌🏿
